After a long summer where we were not able to really sell any produce that was planted as much of it came in so poorly, we wanted to inform everyone that we will be selling Christmas trees this year. We are returning to the no reservation system that we had before last year so everyone is welcome on the weekends between Dec. 1 and Dec 16. Trees will be $50 this year and as usual you pick the tree you want and we do the rest, cut it bale it and tie it! Hope to see you all at the farm!
After long talks in the family we have decided that for Christmas Trees we will only be open on a reservation basis. This is due to safety concerns of having a large number of people after our barn recently collapsed in the windstorm as well as a smaller amount of trees than normal. To clarify the farm is safe, we would just rather not have large groups of people running around at the same time. as well as a lack of parking due to the barn. Everyone is more than welcome to RSVP via Messaging the page on Facebook or by calling the Farm at 203-268-6328. The Available weekends for Reservation are Dec 2&3 as well as Dec. 9&10. (The first and second weekends of December) please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to get a tree.
From Everyone Here on the Farm Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving
